What we did
Delivered workshop to train USPTA Eastern Division coaches in psychological preferences for problem solving and leadership models to help them coach their players and teams in solving problems more effectively on and off the tennis court.
Results
Coaches able to apply the tools immediately in giving feedback and managing how they deliver information to their players and teams, building productive relationships and improving player development.
The Brendan Sailing Program
Opportunity
Improve instructors' ability to teach sailing to children with learning differences.
What we did
Delivered a series of planning sessions with the Brendan Sailing Program management team to align on the strategy, design and materials needed to disseminate its unique approach to instructor training.
Results
A design and distribution framework now in development, which will enable instructors to implement the Brendan approach throughout the United States.
